Tutera Real Estate & Development is excited to reveal its next redevelopment project – bringing a Chipotle to its 1814 Westport Road site.
The next chapter for this Tutera site, which Google Fiber called home for over a decade, is to host Chipotle Mexican Grill. The 2,300 sq. ft. Chipotle Restaurant will be complete with an indoor dining area, an outdoor patio, and a “Chipotlane” pick-up window, for customers placing online orders. Tutera plans to raze the existing buildings to make way for this new development.
Tutera expects to begin construction on their 0.67 acre site in early 2024.
