Our former home to Google Fiber is excited to host another great tenant - Chipotle.
In our next redevelopment project, our site at the corner of Westport Rd. and State Line Rd. will be razed to make way for a new Chipotle Mexican Grill location.
The 0.67 acre site will be reworked to house a 2,300 sq. ft. Chipotle restaurant, complete with indoor dining, an outdoor patio, and a patented "Chipotlane" pick-up window.
Tutera Real Estate & Development is partnering with Dungan Design Group and CFS engineers to make this project possible.
Construction is expected to begin in early 2024, with a target completion later that summer.
