In this redevelopment project, our site at the corner of Westport Rd. and State Line Rd. was razed to make way for a new Chipotle Mexican Grill location.
The 0.67 acre site was reworked to house a 2,300 sq. ft. Chipotle restaurant, complete with indoor dining, an outdoor patio, and a patented "Chipotlane" pick-up window.
Tutera Real Estate & Development is partnered with Dungan Design Group and CFS engineers to make this project possible.
Chipotle opened in November, 2024
