Tutera Real Estate and Development and Tutera Senior Living and Health Care are excited to bring luxury senior living to the heart of Prairie Village.
Tutera will be razing an existing Memory Care wing to make way for a new 2-story 35-bed Skilled Nursing and Memory Care wing and 2,500 sq. ft. therapy gym featuring a new elevated outdoor patio, new dining area, lounges, and more.
In addition to the new construction, Tutera has undertaken an extensive renovation to all the existing Assisted Living, Memory Care, and Skilled Nursing Units and their respective amenity spaces since their acquisition of the property in 2021.
Tutera is partnering with Phillco Construction, NSPJ Architects, Bob D. Campbell Engineers, and CFS Engineers on this project.
